A human answered the phone on the first call and set up an appointment the same day. Everyone else I called I got voice mail, and only one responded... with a text telling me the next available appointment was 14 days out.

Anyway, Daniel, a clean-cut and articulate gentleman, showed up promptly and took care of my issue quickly. He even hung out for a while to help me deal with my HVAC contractor who was blaming issues with the AC on "something is wrong with the wiring in that house".  I have owned the house since it was built, and watched it being built with daily visits. In 35 years I have never had an issue with the electrical system. It has proved to be quite robust. Daniel helped me put this to rest with a clean bill of electrical health.

I highly recommend this company. Prompt courteous service.
